Experienced BCBA /Supervising Clinician Role Summary
The BCBA Supervising Clinician provides clinical leadership and oversight within NLG’s Adult Services program. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, guiding complex cases, and maintaining high clinical standards—without an overwhelming caseload.
You’ll work closely with the Adult Services Program Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure ethical, effective, and dignified supports for the adults we serve.
