Our teams including BCBAs, school BCBAs, behavior technicians, and other specialist, collaborate across disciplines to deliver highly individualized, meaningful programming that supports each learner’s academic, life, and communication goals while promoting independence and personal agency.
Experienced BCBA Role Summary
As an Experienced BCBA, you will play a pivotal leadership role in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized academic, life skills, and behavioral programs for 8 to 12 students receiving one-to-one support from trained behavior technicians. As a Experienced BCBA in a school BCBA role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary team members, families, and school districts to ensure all supports are aligned with the learner’s goals and values. You will also model compassionate and assent-based practices, ensuring that the learner is honored in every aspect of programming. The Experienced BCBA position rotates between NLG’s Bedford and Billerica sites, depending on caseload needs. Experienced BCBAs are expected to work a minimum of 7 hours daily on-site, with one work-from-home day per week.
